Initial contact and administration

We begin with a comprehensive understanding of your exercise history, goals, and lifestyle. We complete onboarding for Training Peaks, Intervals.icu, Garmin, PayFast, Wattbike, and/or others.

Fitness assessment

Our fitness assessments build baseline data to ensure visible and measurable improvement. Testing will be specific to your sport.

Personalised programming and coaching

Your training schedule is tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle. Our core philosophies are built into the fibre of your training sessions. We are there to coach, challenge, support, and encourage you; celebrating your success along the way.
